The challenge
Build a search agent over their scattered internal knowledge and expose it as an MCP server so their IDE and Slack bot can both query it. Freshness and access control matter.
What we built
- Index Notion, GitHub, and Confluence with incremental sync
- Expose retrieval as an MCP server with per-user access scoping
- Ship a Slack entry point with cited, permission-aware answers
